組織内（チーム）で共有・伝達していくことの重要性を理解する。

先輩たちから受け継がれてきた知識や技術、

現場で積み重ねてきた経験。

それらをチームの中で共有し、伝え、そして未来へ活かす。✨✨✨

各セクションにはのぼり旗を立て、ポスターを設置し、みんなでバッチを着用して視覚的にも意識を高めます。
